Slash commands
Every command works inside a server only. Xertron has no direct messages, and these do not appear in one.
- /startthread
- Start a new chat thread with Xertron.
- prompt Your opening message. Required.
- model Flash, or Pro on Premium. Unset follows your persona and preferences.
- thinking Low, or High on Premium. Unset follows your persona and preferences.
- persona Which persona answers. Unset uses the server default.
- /personas
- Find personas for your servers on the persona hub.
- /imagine
- Generate an image with FLUX 2. Premium
- prompt What to draw. Required.
- /connectors
- Browse connectors and apply them to your personas. Premium
- /usage
- Show this server's usage limits and your role's share.
- /settings
- Adjust your personal settings.
- /memory
- Show what Xertron remembers about you in this server. Premium
Right-click actions
Right-click any message and open Apps for two more actions. Both work on any message that has text in it.
- Start a Thread. Opens a thread using that message as the opening prompt. It takes no options, so it always uses the server's default persona.
- Request a Reply. Asks Xertron to answer that message, right there in the channel.
Message flags
Flags go inline, after the mention or at the start of your message in a thread. They change one message and nothing else.
- !flash
- Use the fast model for this message. This is the default.
- !pro
- Use the more capable model for this message. Premium
- !think
- Standard reasoning, with a Show reasoning button on the reply. Shorthand for !think-low.
- !think-low
- The same level every reply already runs at.
- !think-high
- Reason more deeply before answering. Premium
- !clear
- Forget the conversation in this channel. Must be addressed to the bot.
For what these actually change, and why !clear needs the mention, see Talking to it.
Who can run what
None of these are admin commands. Every one of them can be run by any member, including /connectors, which manages connectors on personas that member wrote.
What changes between members is what the commands offer. /settings only shows a control when it would do something for you, and the persona option on /startthread suggests nothing on a free server. Both are reading your plan and your roles rather than your permissions.
Server configuration lives on the dashboard instead, and has no Discord commands at all. See Roles and limits.
